B-Pulse Chair
The B-Pulse Chair uses Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy to gently stimulate and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles—without pain, downtime, or the need to undress. This non-invasive treatment helps improve pelvic floor strength and reduce incontinence, offering a comfortable and effective way to support pelvic health and confidence.
B-Pulse Pelvic Floor Therapy
If you are living with urinary leakage, bowel incontinence, urgency, or pelvic floor weakness, you are not alone — and you don’t have to just live with it. The B-Pulse chair provides a safe, effective, and non-invasive solution to help you regain control and confidence.
A Non-Invasive Option for Bowel, Bladder, and Pelvic Floor Support
Many people experience challenges with bowel or bladder control—especially after rectal cancer surgery, childbirth, or due to aging and pelvic floor weakness. If you’ve been told “there’s nothing else to try,” or you’re looking for a non-surgical option, we’re proud to offer B-Pulse, an advanced pelvic floor therapy now available right in our clinic.

The B-Pulse chair uses Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy. It uses focused electromagnetic energy to stimulate and strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor—without pain, downtime, or the need to undress.
During treatment, you sit fully clothed in a special chair that delivers gentle pulses to activate your pelvic floor muscles—causing thousands of deep muscle contractions in just one session. These contractions are much stronger than what you can achieve with traditional pelvic floor exercises (like Kegels).

B-Pulse may help if you’re experiencing:
Urinary incontinence (leaking when you cough, sneeze, or exercise)
Bladder urgency or overactive bladder
Bowel urgency or frequency
Fecal incontinence (accidental bowel leakage)
Pelvic floor weakness
Recovery after rectal cancer surgery or pelvic procedures
We’ve seen excellent results in patients who felt they had no other treatment options—especially when there are no surgical options.
-
Non-invasive: You remain fully clothed during treatment.
Comfortable: Most patients feel a tapping or tingling sensation.
Quick: Sessions take about 30 minutes.
No downtime: Return to normal activities immediately after.
A typical course includes a series of sessions over several weeks, but your treatment plan will be customized to your needs.

As a colorectal specialist, I’ve seen how much functional bowel and bladder symptoms affect people’s lives—especially after rectal cancer treatment. After one of my patients shared their incredible success with B-Pulse, I took a closer look at the science and results. The benefits were clear.
Now, instead of sending patients elsewhere, we offer B-Pulse right here in our office—making this therapy more accessible to those who need it most.
No one knows your pelvis like a colorectal surgeon—and we’re proud to bring that expertise to every aspect of your care.
